Camera Transceiver XCT

The camera transceiver is the main component of the XPECTION sewer cleaning system. To be ready for use the camera transceiver is mounted on a pipe floor cleaner with the aid of a quick change system. The camera transceiver transmits the live video picture by means of digital radio to the control panel and can receive signals from the control panel.

XMU Manhole unit

Transmitter of the digital radio signal

The Manhole Unit XMU of the XPECTION sewer cleaning system transmits the ditigal radio signal from the camera to the Truck Unit XTU. The manhole unit is either mounted to the Hose Guide XHG or to the Pole XPP each with a prefabricated holder and thus positioned in the manhole.

XTU Truck Unit

Transmitter of the digital radio signal

The Truck Unit XTU of the XPECTION sewer cleaning system transmits the digital radio signal from the Manhole Unit XMU to the control panel enabling the cleaner to observe the cleaning result further away from the manhole.

XHG Hose Guide

Hose Guide XHG for manhole unit

The hose guide with aluminum rolls protects and guides the high-pressure hose. The stainless steel holder for the manhole unit of the XPECTION sewer cleaning system which is mounted to the hose guide enables a safe and solid installation. Electronic components in this product are robustly bulit and protected against impacts, corrosion and water ingress. The Pole XPP offers an alternative possiblity to safely position the manhole unit in the manhole.

XPP Pole

Pole XPP for manhole unit XMU

The pole made of light, robust carbon fiber offers the users the possibility to position the manhole unit of the XPECTION sewer cleaning system in the manhole in a save and good way. The antenna and the holder for the manhole unit are already integrated. The Hose Guide XHG is an alternative to transmit the radio signal from the sewer to the vehicle.

Mobile Control Panel XCP. The XPECTION sewer cleaning system can be controlled with this control panel. Because of its extremely robust and splash-proof design it is perfectly suited to resist highly adverse conditions and for the use at any kind of weather.

Software XSW to control the XPECTION system with an easy, intuitively usable user interface. The software features helpful tools which facilitate the data management and help the user to clean in a demand-oriented way.
