MANUAL CABLE REEL UP TO 200 M
The ROVION pipeline inspection system is equipped with a manual cable reel with a 200 m solid camera cable. The cable reel holds max. 200 m of robust camera cable and offers winding support that the camera cable is wound up to the cable reel quickly and cleanly. Additionally, you can mount your control panel to the optional telescope bar during an inspection.

RLX 200

RLX200/RMX200
EXTENSION CABLE REEL RLX200/RMX200 (SET) UP TO 2X200 M
Pipes which cannot be reached easily can be inspected from the inspection vehicle by using this set of reels.
The set consists of a modified RLX200 cable reel and a modified RMX200 cable reel with up to 200 m camera cable each. The manual cable reel RLX200 serves as an extension reel for the manual cable reel RMX200. The control panel is connected to the RLX200 and the crawler to the RMX200.
Using a switch the RMX200 can be used either in extension reel mode or in stand-alone mode. Both manual reels are made for portable applications and ensure high stability.

RMX 100
MOBILE CABEL REEL UP TO 100 M & CONTROL CASE
The mobile inspection system RMX100 is particularly suitable for inspection of manholes and pipeline systems where space is limited or access to the inspection site is difficult. Depending on the crawler and camera used its application range starts at DN 100; cable length is 100 m.
To achieve the required flexibility and mobility a complete inspection system can be integrated in just two cases. The so-called control case ERMX100 accommodates the built-in control electronics for the cable reel and a mount for the iPEK operating panel VISIONCONTROL VC200. The second case, the so-called drum case, contains the removable manual cable reel RMX100 with 100 m of high-tensile camera cable.
Additionally the drum case provides space for the storage of a small crawler with camera and additional accessories.
For convenient transportation of the mobile inspection system RMX100 to the inspection site, the drum case is designed as plastic trolley with stable rollers and a telescopic rod. The control case ERMX100 can be placed above the drum case and attached to the trolley for transportation.
