Powerful perfomances with high comfort

Tornado is the KAISER MORO equipment projected for the use in industrial cleaning; it is characterized by the very high performance of the vacuum pumps and high pressure pumps installed, in addition to the exclusive design, recognizable by the important soundproof box for the pumps housing and for the particular shape of the side tanks in rounded profile, which makes it unique in the panorama of the liquid suction equipment and for the cleaning of sewage and industrial pipelines.

Tornado is available with different models of high vacuum positive displacement blower with flow rates up to 10,500 m3 / h, equipped with an air injection cooling system that enables continuous operation even at high temperatures. The quiet operation of the equipment is the basic requirement to ensure the right comfort for the operator and a high standard working environment. The equipmnent is actioned by means of the power take-off on the carrier vehicle or a separate intermediate gearbox.

Safety and ease of use

Tornado is installed on vehicles with 3 or 4 axes. The side tanks for clean water are produced both in the version in polyethylene and stainless steel, thus offering the possibility to define the layout of the equipment according to the specific needs of the customer.

Although Tornado is designed to work at very high performance in a very heavy duty operations, controlling the equipment is secured by an operator interface which ensures ease of use. A wide range of additional options as well as different suction boom versions, various jetting hose reels are available. Tornado is also made in ADR and ATEX version.
