The power in the dry suction

Cerberus is the KAISER MORO equipment designed to perform heavy suction operation of dry materials, but in the twin boost version it can perform as a tremendously powerful vacuum excavator. There are various field of operation of the Cerberus, such as oil refineries, cement plants, power plants, foundries and chemical industries. Cerberus can be supplied with a high lift tipping system, with which it is possible to discharge the material at an height of 2'350 mm from ground level in the maximum lift condition. On the rear door of the tank a fully hydraulic four segment articulated suction boom/arm with suction hose diameter 250 mm can be installed.

Efficiency, quietness and easy servicing

The KAISER MORO suction system is built with high vacuum blowers, whose air flow range from 6'500 m3/h to a maximum level of 16'500 m3/h at a maximum vacuum of 93%. The soundproof cowling made in stainless steel and internally paneled with acoustic insulating material grants the reduction of the noise emission, for a maximun comfort in the use of Cerberus.

The cleaning of the filter bags is assured by means of counter-current compressed-air jets. To make the filtering baghouse cleaning operation easier, Cerberus can be equipped with a filtering bags liftering system, which elevates the filter bags to let them be cleaned and washed without the need to remove them from the container.
