We have utilised the wasted heat from the engine and redesigned our heat exchanger arrangement to give the operator the choice of using cold water or hot water from two separate high pressure reels. Cleaning with hot water which is excellent for fat removal, roots and nowadays detergents and liquid grease which have a lower melting point. Because the HWS does not have a separate burner to heat up the water you will save up to 5000 litres a year in fuel costs and there are no coils to descale and no electrodes to maintain.
